전통한옥을 현대적 호텔로 재해석한 계획안이다. 한옥공간에서의 마당은 집안 또는 나라의 대소사를 담는 이벤트의 중심공간이다. 중정형태의 마당을 중심으로 ㅁ자형 배치의 레이아웃을 통해 다양한 이벤트를 담는 야외 중심공간을 계획하였다. 기존의 전통한옥호텔이 객실형 서비스에 머물러 있다면, 현대의 호텔에서 서비스되는 여러 이벤트(공연, 행사, 식음 등)를 적극적으로 활용하게 하여 찾는이들에게 특별한 경험을 선사한다.
